What is the processing time for products listed not the site?

Our processing time for sweatshirts and t-shirts is 3 to 5 days. Processing time is an estimated time to make and package each product. Our processing time for glass and metal printed tumblers is 1-3 days.

When does my order ship?

Once the product is made it will ship the same day, or next day. If you choose Route Protection you will be provided with updated tracking information. 

Custom Order

What is a custom order?

Customers can place custom orders for products that are not in stock, for products in different colors or sizes, and for products with personalized logos. Customers may also place an order for a product that has been discontinued. Custom orders take 3 to 5 days to complete, once design is approved by customer.

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages

Do you cover lost, damaged or stolen packages?

We now offer Route to protect all of your packages from loss, theft, or damage. If you do not select Route coverage at checkout then your options for compensation are limited as we do NOT cover lost, damaged, or stolen packages without purchase of Route coverage.

Returns/ Exchanges

What if I received the wrong product? Or an item is missing?

Did we make a mistake? If there was an error packaging your order, we will do whatever it takes to make sure that you receive the correct item. We won't settle for anything less than 100% customer satisfaction.

 It's easy! Please contact us through email HERE , and we will be happy to assist you in getting the wrong order back to us.

What if the sweater I ordered is the wrong size or an item is defective?

Please Contact me HERE at craftsbymegg@gmail.com with your order number within ten days of delivery and we will send a replacement. 

Do you offer refunds?

We do offer refunds MINUS THE SHIPPING FEE, and a 10% restocking fee. Please contact us HERE within ten days of delivery with an order number to request a refund. We will provide return instructions upon contact. The product must arrive damage free, with all tags on clothing, and straws in plastic for refunds to be processed. 

Custom Orders: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS. 

What if  I want to exchange the item I purchased for another?

Exchanges: Please contact us HERE within ten days of receiving your item to request an exchange. Once the original item is received at our store, your replacement item will be shipped free of charge. 

Holiday Gift Exceptions: valid 11/24/2022 - 12/24/2022

If an product is purchased as a gift between 11/24/2022 to 12/24/2022, the exchange and refund terms will be extended until January 1, 2023. This means that those products purchased between those dates can be exchanged, and/or refunded until January 1, 2022. This exception expires on 12/25/2022.
