What is the processing time for products listed not the site?

Our processing time for each product is 1 to 3 business days. Processing time is an estimated time to make and package each product. 

When does my order ship?

Once the processing time is completed, items will ship the same day, or next day. If you choose Route Protection you will be provided with updated tracking information. 

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages

Do you cover lost, damaged or stolen packages?

We now offer Route to protect all of your packages from loss, theft, or damage. If you do not select Route coverage at checkout then your options for compensation are limited as we do NOT cover lost, damaged, or stolen packages without purchase of Route coverage.
